We choose Australia post for all shipping.
Once your order is placed, we will ensure that delivery is scheduled for this or the next day.
We offer two flat postage rates - $10 regular mail and $15 for express postage.
All orders will be sent to the stated address - please let us know if there is any special requirements for delivery.

We are happy to exchange your purchase of the original value and original payment method up to 21 days of the original sale.
Return shipping is at the cost of the customer.
Products must be as they presented when purchased and must retain swing tags and tickets.
Please note that if the tags have been removed we unfortunately can not accept your return unless deemed a manufacturing fault.
