Do I have to subscribe to emails to enjoy the benefits?
To receive the full experience that we have on offer, we do recommend that you subscribe. However, if you would prefer to not receive communications that's okay too, you will still enjoy rewards in store.
How Often will I receive discount vouchers?
Discount vouchers will be issued at the beginning of each season to subscribers via email or in store to loyalty members.
Can I use my vouchers on sale products?
With so many generous offers in our new society, unfortunately the vouchers are only applicable on full price clothing over $50.
What is a styling session and what's involved?
Sometimes we just to re-discover our style to match how we feel, so a styling session is a great step to creating a wardrobe that is you (as you are) now.
Choose to simply learn some new tips on how to wear pieces to feel comfortable, or we can delve a little further and learn about body shapes, colourings and styling for your lifestyle.
Just how detailed we go is entirely up to you!
What is the online shipping cost?
We offer two flat rates of shipping:
Regular mail via Australia Post is $15
and Express post is $20
What is the refund policy?
Sometimes things just work
as we imagined they would and that's okay. We are happy to accept returns for refund within 14 days of original purchase. Items must be in the same condition as when purchased and have original tags attached. For online purchased, and to cater for postage time, we offer 21 days to return your product.
Return postage, is at the cost of the person returning the items.
